Is Dani monitoring her carbon-footprint?

Yes, sustainability is important. Local shipping & recycled-packaging (as much as possible) are in focus. Packaging is not processed by studio at this time, and eliminating all plastic is not possible. Yet, more sustainable solutions are continuously being worked on by suppliers.

What about social-responsibilities?

Nothing goes to waste.

  • Samples, “undamaged” returns, and unclaimed-orders are donated to charity.
  • 5% of Dani Milli’s annual profit is donated to hungry children through sharethemeal.org
  • And of course, spreading a good mood as much as possible!

PRINT QUALITY

Some of the product-photos look blurry. Will my orders be blurry too?

Digital previews and thumbnails may appear a bit blurry, but this is only a limitation of digital representation. Prints will be crisp, capturing every detail with precision.

SHIPPING

Can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping rates depend on quantity, type, provider, and delivery destination– Items of the same type and provider share one shipping cost (for example: Glass mugs and jars are both fulfilled by Textildruck). In all other cases, the full shipping fee will be applied to each product. Contact the studio for a detailed breakdown of an order’s journey and its costs.

What about shipping time?

An order should arrive within 5-15 days, except for Greece and Montenegro (sorry guys!).

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not. Dani Milli is a Europe-based studio, and would like to remain greener by sticking to local shipping.

Do you intend to sell internationally?

Yes, of course! The Studio intends to locally process and ship outside of Europe in the future.

RETURNS 

When can a package be returned?

Your good mood is valuable, and if you’re not happy with your product, you are entitled to a refund. Since the studio does not process packaging & shipping however, orders are returned in two different ways, depending on the reason.

Please bear in mind, unless damaged or misprinted, including personalized items and items bought on sale. Also, there might be a small restocking fee for some returned items.

(1) My products were lost, misprinted or damaged

Dani does not print, package or ship products. If that’s the case, the return address will vary depending on your location. Please contact the studio to receive a corresponding address, and bring your order/shipping numbers with you!

Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

(2) I just don’t like what I ordered

Not to worry. Contact the studio and share your feedback. Keep in mind that returned products for this reason must be new, unworn, undamaged, uncut, and in their original packaging. It’s up to you to ensure the product/s are returned without sustaining any damage during shipment, so please package your returns carefully!

Please note, returns for this reason must be initiated within 4 weeks of receiving the item, once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Your refund will be sent using the original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping. 

Certain items can’t be returned, including personalized items and items bought on sale. Also, there might be a small restocking fee for some returned items.
